      We received “2023 Multiple Performance Rate Measures” sheet which does not mention any information regarding CMS130. However, The stratification section of CQL HR (2023) of CMS 130 mentions: 

      “Report a total rate, and each of the following age strata: 

      Stratum 1: Patients age 46-49 by the end of the measurement period 

      Stratum 2: Patients age 50-75 by the end of the measurement period” 

      Please let us know if this measure needs to be calculated with 3 performance rates considering the above information given in the CQL HR as 1 total rate as weighted average and respective perfromance rates for other two strata 

      OR we can take only the weighted average of the two strata to report this measure.
