      High especially if each hospital picks a different time to identify as the procedure date and time. The 90 minute benchmark will not accurately reflect performance if all hospitals can decide for themselves what time to use.

      The 90 min PCI benchmark for GWTG AMI is calculated by subtracting the ED time of greet from the time the balloon crosses the lesion.  Is the procdure start date and time, the time the balloon crosses the lesion or is it the time the patient entered the cath lab or is it the time of the "time out" at the beginning of the procedure?
