Thank you for your inquiry specific to CMS2v11(Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for Depression and Follow-Up Plan), CMS130v10 (Colorectal Cancer Screening), CMS165v10 (Controlling High Blood Pressure), CMS155v10 (Weight Assessment and Counseling for Nutrition and Physical Activity for Children/Adolescents). The value sets and codes specific to the 2022 performance year are located on the National Library of Medicine (NLM) Value Set Authority Center (VSAC) (https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/welcome).

You can locate a list of ICD10 codes specific to each measure by clicking the ‘Download’ tab on the main screen. Once selected, ensure the ‘CMS eCQM & Hybrid Measure Value Sets’ is selected on the left hand pane. Next select the ‘2022 Reporting/Performance Period of eCQM & Hybrid Measure Value Sets’ drop down, then ‘May 2021 Release eCQM & Hybrid Measure Value Sets Publication Date: May 06, 2021.’ Next a table will display and in the second row, titled ‘eCQM Value Sets for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Clinicians Published May 06, 2021’ , you can select the ‘Excel (xlsx)’ button under the header ‘Sorted by CMS ID’.

As each measure of the downloadable is included on a separate tab, locate the measures you are interested in, then filter by ICD-10 data in the ‘Code System’ column (column N). You will need to choose between ICD-10-PCS used only for inpatient, hospital settings versus ICD-10-CM which is used in clinical and outpatient settings.
