The codes contained within valuesets can be found at the Value Set Authority Center (nih.gov) which is run by the National Library of Medicine. The VSAC provides downloadable access to all official versions of valueset content contained in the eCQM specifications. The valuesets are lists of unique coded identifiers (OIDs) with names (called descriptions) for groupings of clinical and administrative concepts. The valuesets/OIDs are located in the Terminology section of the measure specifications. Access to the VSAC requires a free Unified Medical Language System Metathesaurus License (UMLS). Please click on the Sign-in link located on the right-hand side of the webpage and request an UMLS license/account if you don't already have one.

    • We are trying to decide which ECQM measures to support

With the help of QPP we are unable to find the ECQM denominator CPT codes. They directed us to you. Is there a list somewhere ? We would like to check on measures # 128 - CMS69V11 and # 438 -  CMS347V6 to see if CPT codes 99345 and 99350 are supported
