​​The codes contained within valuesets can be found at the Value Set Authority Center (nih.gov) which is run by the National Library of Medicine. The VSAC provides downloadable access to all official versions of valueset content contained in the eCQM specifications. The valuesets are lists of unique coded identifiers (OIDs) with names (called descriptions) for groupings of clinical and administrative concepts. The valuesets/OIDs are located in the Terminology section of the measure specifications. Access to the VSAC requires a free Unified Medical Language System Metathesaurus License (UMLS).
