To pass Last Gravida, Last Parity and Last history Preterm birth, you will need to follow the functions to get the attribute added per request. For example, if you would like to pass Last Gravida function, you need do the following steps:
      - Add Assessment Performed for "[#] Pregnancies" template
      - Add an appropriate datetime to "Relevant DateTime" field
      - Under the Attributes field, select "Result" from the drop-down list and "integer" next to the result field
      - Enter value of '1' to the text box and click "+"
      - You will see "Result:1" added under "Attributes"
      - You will see the definition of denominator turns green

      I am in the process of trying to enter test patients in Bonnie PROD (v5.1.2) for CMS334 Cesarean Birth.  I am having trouble in getting a patient to pass the denominator statement.

      Can you please clarify how the highlighted areas below need to be entered in order to pass?

      I have tried several different ways, but none of the paths ever change to be highlighted in green.  On the assessment performed templates for the data element, how should the 1 or 0 be reported?
