Response: Compound codes are not included in the Abnormal Presentation value set as they can represent both vertex and non-vertex positions. 2. Can't find a SNOMEDCT code within the value set under Delivery Procedures for Vacuum Extractor. We do know there is a SNOMEDCT code for vacuum extraction 61586001 but it is not in the value set for this measure. Are we expected to use the following two choices (Low vacuum delivery 177174003 and/or high vacuum delivery 177173009?). Response: 61586001 is currently included in the value set but you can also map to the other vacuum delivery codes if they are more relevant to the case. 3. Can't find a SNOMED CT code within the value set under Delivery Procedures for Spontaneous Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC). We know there is a SNOMEDCT code for VBAC 237313003 but it is not in the value set either. Response: VBAC's would not be included in ePC02 because it would not be nulliparous. Additionally, the VBAC code referenced (237313003) is a finding code (similar to diagnosis codes) and not a procedure type code. This particular value set is only looking for the procedure term type. 4. Can't find a SNOMED CT Code within the value set under Cesarean Birth or Delivery Procedures for Low Vertical C-Section. Response: Both value sets contain codes for C-Section: Cesarean birth (11466000), Cesarean section (177141003), Elective cesarean section (177143000), Elective lower segment cesarean section (236985002), Emergency lower segment cesarean section (236987005)..
