Question: We had a patient show up an an outlier: Transient Atrial Fib on problem list. Pt has contraindicated documented in stroke combined flowsheet 7/5/22 @ 1700. ADT admit time is 7/5/22 @ 1943 but is still this encounter. Would this warrant the patient not be in as a numerator or is it valid since it was documented prior to ADT?
