A patient prescribed both 5mg Oxycodone tablets and 10mg Oxycodone tablets at discharge would be in the measure numerator.

      If the patient is prescribed at discharge with Oxycodone 5mg tablet every 12hrs and Oxycodone 10mg tablet PRN.
      1. Do this count as two medications or one medication since it is the same?
      2. Will this patient be under the numerator?
