This is the first ratio eCQM. How will the measure result be displayed on the reports?
      Examples:
      1. Text: Number of Hyperglycemic days per qualifying inpatient hospital days
      2. Numerical: 30:100
      3. Rate per 1000 days defined as numerator divided by denominator.
           30/100 = 0.3

Would like to match CMS report format to assist hospitals in understanding their results.
