Thank you for your inquiry about the codes for CMS117v10, Childhood Immunization Status. Published versions of measures in the Quality Payment Program cannot be changed after publication. Clinically equivalent services may be mapped to the codes used in CMS117v10 to satisfy the numerator requirements for the 2022 performance period. If mapping is done, you should maintain documentation in case of a CMS audit.

    • Missing values are causing encounters to fail numerator requirements for CMS 117v10

In issue CQM-4812 (Codes missing from value set for CMS 117: Childhood Immunization Status), you comment that CVX 146 will be considered in future years. I see it added to v11 but not v10.

What direction do you give to map for 2022 performance year, which CVX?
