    • Clarification for Eligible Clinician Reporting and EHR Documentation

It has come to our attention that the 3 SNOMEDCT codes used in CMS 646 for tumor staging have been inactivated in the international version of SNOMED according to https://browser.ihtsdotools.org/.

369935001 T1: Urinary tract tumor invades subepithelial connective tissue (finding)
369949005 Ta: Noninvasive papillary carcinoma (urinary tract) (finding)
369934002 Tis: Carcinoma in situ (flat tumor of urinary bladder) (finding)

Will you be providing alternative SNOMED codes to be used to report this measure? Is there any other guidance that should be used for CMS 646 regarding these inactive SNOMED CT codes?
