Patients falling into the numerator (non-compliant)
Suboxone strengths are not available in 10mg, which are frequently prescribed at discharge. Therefore physicians have to order a 2mg AND 8mg tablet causing patients to fall into the numerator. Why. if this is an acceptable treatment for patients with an opioid dependence? Or can this be a considered update for Opioid-Concurrent Prescribing specifications in the future?
