Per the CMS2v11 measure specification and logic, both "Depression screening negative (finding)" ("SNOMEDCT Code (428171000124102)") and "Depression screening positive (finding)" ("SNOMEDCT Code (428181000124104)") are included in the measure as direct reference codes and still used to document the outcome of the depression screening. Since the "Negative Depression Screening" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1564) and "Positive Depression Screening" (2.16.840.1.113883.3.526.3.1565) value sets were replaced with direct reference codes in the measure logic for PY2022, they are not included in the downloadable resources available on the eCQI Resource Center that primarily includes grouping and extensional value sets. The SNOMEDCT codes associated with reporting a positive screening and negative screening finding are missing from the 2022 value set. Depression screening negative (finding) - 428171000124102 and depression screening positive (finding) - 428181000124104 are both missing from the Excel file. They are both included in the prior year's Excel file. We are unable to report this measure for CY 2022 without these codes.
