      ​Hello and thank you for your inquiry. CMS334/ePC-02 is currently a pre-rulemaking measure, thus, measure materials may be posted in a different format than measures that are currently included in the Inpatient Quality Reporting program. Should this measure be added to the CMS program in the future, the posted format will be the same as all other measures. CMS334 uses value sets as any other program measure-- the different formatting of the download in this case is not indicative of any change in approach to terminology and coding. Hope this helps.

      The format of CMS334v4 valuesets on https://ecqi.healthit.gov/ site is not similar to other eCQM valuesets , We wanted to know is there any reason for format change or we are looking something different? Attaching excels of two formats here for reference. 

      Request you to provide us with the resolution urgently as our client deliverables are dependent on it.
