Thank you for your inquiry. As indicated in your submission, eligible clinician eCQMs CMS2v11, CMS68v11, CMS69v10, 138v10, 139v10, and 147v11 do contain Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy CPT codes.

To view applicable codes by eCQM, as a first step, if you have not done so already, please create a Value Set Authority Center (VSAC) account (which is free)- https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/.
Please review the instructions on how to produce a VSAC extract below:

From the 2022 Eligible Clinician eCQMs page on the eCQI Resource Center (https://ecqi.healthit.gov/ep-ec?qt-tabs_ep=0), first select 'eCQM Value Sets' under header 'eCQM Resources'
Select '2022 Reporting/Performance Period of eCQM & Hybrid Measure Value Sets', then 'May 2021 Release eCQM & Hybrid Measure Value Sets Publication Date: May 06, 2021'
Next, under 'Available Downloads', the 2nd criteria is 'eCQM Value Sets for Eligible Professionals and Eligible Clinicians Published May 06, 2021'

    • We are unable to pick 6 eCQM metrics for my physical therapy department.

The 6 quality measures that are given as options when searching on https://qpp.cms.gov/mips/explore-measures under the Specialty Measure Set "Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy"

      They include CMS2v11,  CMS68v11, CMS69v10, 138v10, 139v10, 147v11

Where can I find a list of CPT codes that will count for these metrics?
