      Hi Team,

      As per the draft measures for 2023 Reporting period, we noticed that the CMS 871 measure has Denominator Exclusion criteria added. We would like to understand that if a patient qualifies for Denominator Exclusion, would it be considered for the score of Measure Observation 1 which is associated to Denominator. 

      Also, we tried to replicate similar scenario in Bonnie where the patient is qualifying for the denominator exclusion and also has numerator conditions added, and it shows the scores for both Measure Observation 1 and 2. Please find the screen shot of the Bonnie result below and kindly clarify if this is the correct expected behavior.
