3 different value sets for Device, Applied not Done: Medical Reasons

      Thank you for reporting. This does seem to be a duplication of value set purpose across these three value sets. It is our intent to harmonize value sets such as this in a future annual update-- this work is just beginning but will be ongoing with NLM, CMS, ONC and other measure stewards and stakeholders.

      There are three different value sets being used to indicate a medical reason for not applying a device

      Medical Contraindication SNOMED-CT Value Set OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.412 is used by VTE6

      Medical Reason SNOMED-CT Value Set OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.473 is used by VTE1 and VTE2

      Medical Reasons SNOMED-CT Value Set OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.18 is used by SCIPINF9
