      For 2022 eCQMs, I am looking to find the Overall Rate/Algorithm for reporting. What document or source information can I access to get this information for the 2022 eCQMs that are multiple performance rates, such as CSM137, CMS138, CMS156?  Examples of overall rates in prior years were 'Simple Average' of all the rates, sometimes the overall rate is just 1 of the rates that is considered the "overall" rate, etc.
