Good Afternoon, I have a question surrounding submission for PY 2021. We are a MSSP ACO and I want to know for PY 2021, if we submit 3 eCQM/MIPS CQM measures instead of the 10 via the CMS Web Interface, are those 3eCQM/MIPS CQM (Diabetes, HTN and Depression Screening) submitted in the same fashion as they have been via the CMS Web Interface? What I mean by this is when we go to report, will we be able to upload an excel or manually confirming that the lab value was drawn or that there is supporting documentation? Or do we have to rely on the CPT code being in there? I ask because currently if a HgBA1C is drawn and documented, our EMR's do not release a CPT code for those results indicating what they are. Same goes for Depression Screening and HTN. We would have to completely redo our EMR's if we had to drop the appropriate CPT code based on each result for each patient, so I want to know if we will still be able to manually identify that the patient has or has not met the measure based on supporting documentation and then report that via eCQM/MIPS CQM.
