Per our EHR vendor tech support: The measure description states "Nulliparous women with a term, singleton baby in a vertex position delivered by cesarean birth".  ACOG defines nulliparous as a woman with a parity of zero.  The eCQM logic concludes that a patient is nulliparous when ONE of the following is true:

      1.      Parity equals zero
      2.      Gravidity equals one
      3.      Preterm and Term births both equal zero.

This creates an issue when the preterm and term fields are left blank, which pulls in as 0, however previous live births are documented including gravida and parity (ex: G3P2). We have inaccurate data due to the above issue. Is anyone else experiencing challenges with the measure logic?
