For VTE 1 & 2, last year(2018) we used Assessment Performed, VTE Risk Assessment using "VTE Risk Assessment LOINC Value Set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.357)".
But for current year(2019), it was changed and valueset OID was removed and direct reference to industrycode "Assessment, Performed: Risk for venous thromboembolism" using "Risk for venous thromboembolism (LOINC version 2.63 Code 72136-5)".
In our system, measure qualification is based on the valueset OID which is mapped to industrycodes. We are facing problems for few LOINC codes which is direct reference and no valueset found.
Can you help us and guide to which valueset OID we need to map the LOINC industrycodes(72136-5)?
