Currently we have not configured Anaphylaxis due to Pneumococcal Conjugate, but per our nurses, this doesn't make sense clinically and it was in the eSpec last year. It is there for Hep A, Hep B, Common Baker's Yeast, and HiB. Why was it removed for PCV? Or was this a mistake?

Currently we have not configured Anaphylaxis due to Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine, but per our nurses, this doesn't make sense clinically and it was in the eSpec last year. It is there for Hep A, Hep B, Common Baker's Yeast, and HiB. Why was it removed for PCV? Or was this a mistake? We need to know if we should configure anaphylaxis for PCV or not and whether to remove it from our workflow documents published for our clients.
