      An opportunity has been identified to harmonize our low-density lipoproteins (LDL) value set. The Joint Commission (TJC) value set is consistently maintained and is also complete with purpose statements.

      We have reviewed this recommendation and has decided that the TJC value set is appropriate for CMS347. We plan to make the following change during the current annual update:

      Replace: LDL Test <2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.198.11.1029>
      with TJC value set: LDL-c <2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.215>
       
      Rationale: To harmonize the LDL value set with the TJC value set.
