    • Thank you for your inquiry. The measure specification was developed and released prior to the finalization of the CMS rule. To answer your question, yes, CMS169v7 has now been removed from the 2019 reporting year.

      In the Final Rule released by CMS for the 2019 Quality Payment Program Final Rule, (attached screenshot) it is mentioned that CMS169v7 is being removed from 2019 program. Also, 2019 measure specifications is already released. Does this mean, for 2019 Performance year, CMS169v7 will be removed? Please help understand.
