We are currently configuring EH 2018 eCQM (reporting period 2019) and downloaded the eCQM Value Sets for Eligible Hospitals (Published September 17, 2018) with header "Sorted by Quality Data Model Category*" for which "eh_only_category_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet gets downloaded.

While configuring the EH 2018 eCQM we did not find a particular OID "2.16.840.1.114222.4.1.214079.1.1.6" with value set name as "Pass Or Refer" which is used in measure CMS31v7. The OID is not present in "eh_only_category_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet but it is present in "eh_only_cms_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet (Sorted by CMS ID*)

There are 28 distinct valueset OID which are missing in "eh_only_category_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet but it is present in "eh_only_cms_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet.

So we need confirmation on which excel shall we refer while configuring EH 2018 eCQM i.e,, "eh_only_category_20180917.xlsx" (Sorted by Quality Data Model Category*) OR "eh_only_cms_20180917.xlsx" excel sheet (Sorted by CMS ID*)
