Unable to report more than one Inpatient value set OID

Several of our clients would like to submit the voluntary measure (Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission- CMS 0529v4), however, due to restrictions within the hospital electronic software the ‘inpatient’ field is limited to one inpatient type. Since the ‘Acute care hospital Inpatient’ (2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.2289) value set has no common codes when compared to the ‘Encounter Inpatient’ (2.16.840.1.113883.3.666.5.307) value set used in all EH eCQM’s, the ‘Hybrid Hospital-Wide Readmission’ measure will have zero patients reported.

We are looking for guidance on this issue. We would request harmonization with all eCQMs.
