CMS 52 / NQF 0405: IPP does not match for top and bottom portion of eSpec

      The definition of $HIVisit limits the encounters to the measurement period:

      In addition, because there is one encounter within at least 90 days after another, there must be 2 encounters.

    • Need clarification on mismatch between top and bottom portion of eSpec to complete configuration for 2018 Measure.

      While reviewing CMS 52v6 / NQF 0405 for configuration, we have noticed a discrepancy in the IPP 1, 2, 3 specification.
      The top descriptive part says: at least two visits during the measurement year

      The bottom part says: $HIVvisit >= 90 day(s) starts after end of $HIVvisit
