      CPC program measure CMS 159 (NQF0710) and ACO MH-1 (NQF0710) are the same measure but contain divergent guidance. The ACO guidance states specifically that "PHQ-9 administration does not require a face to face visit..." The CPC guidance list "None".

      We are specifically hoping to leverage the patient centric method of administering screenings via patient portal but are unclear of how to reconcile between the two programs.
