Abnormal presentations are not included in the value sets. Malpresentation is not always an indication for early delivery. The baby can change their position before the delivery hence they are not included.

Clarification is needed around the conditions possibly justifying elective delivery prior to 39 weeks gestation; particularly a diagnosis of breech presentation which is an indication for a C-section, however it is missing from the value set for this measure. This is a common scenario and we appreciate any suggestions you have for how to prevent fallouts as a result of this diagnosis and also appreciate consideration of inclusion of breech presentation in the next version of the value set for CQM-113.
