CMS 153 - Chlamydia Screening for Women allows for exclusion for women who are only included in the denominator due to a pregnancy test and had an x-ray within 7 days of having the pregnancy test. The language is ambiguous as to how to deal with the following scenario:

Patient has pregnancy test on 2/1.
      Patient has x-ray on 2/2.
Patient has pregnancy test on 3/1.

If there is no x-ray within 7 days of the second pregnancy test, it seems like the patient should be included in the denominator, but a strict reading of the measure logic would lead you to exclude the patient.
