Thank you for your question. We reviewed the available Rx Norm codes for enoxaparin, and could not find a code for 30mg Lovenox, administer 0.3mL. We are therefore not able to add it to the value set. If a patient is receiving an actual dose of 0.3 mL, that medication should be mapped to one of the Enoxaparin Rx Norm codes found in the value set. This specific strength is listed as an approved medication as these are generalizable drug concept codes.
