Thank you for your question. The Oral Factor Xa Inhibitor for VTE Prophylaxis or VTE Treatment value set (2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.134) includes RXNORM codes representing edoxaban doses of 15, 30, and 60 mg Oral Tablets.

In reviewing my eCQM failures, I noticed that a patient was given Edoxaban, an oral factor Xa medication, in the appropriate time frame and it did not show up as an exception so the patient would pass the measure. I reached out to our Information Services Clinical Application Analyst and she stated that CMS did not have it in their value set. I am not sure who to reach out to, so you are my first point of contact. Thank you.
