    • Workflow and Reporting

Hi. we are part of an ACO and our clinic is working on updating our EMR to create alerts in the system based on the Quality measures that we need to report on for the quality programs. We just received an updated list of measures for 2017 and we are noticing a few measures that have been Retired.
Before updating our EMR forms to get rid of alerts and tracking that we are programing, related to these Retired measures, our providers would like to know if there is any information available as to why certain measures are being Retired, and if it is ok for us to stop building workflows and tracking these Retired measures.
An example measure would be "Preventive Care & Screening for High Blood Pressure & Follow-up Documented"
      Any assistance would be appreciated.
      Thanks.
