When validating patients in our QRDA reports, we saw an adult appear in the IPP/Denominator for Hearing Screening. When investigating we discovered a diagnosis on the chart that appears to be appropriate for an adult, but it's putting the patient in the population when it shouldn't.

The 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1046.6 and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.26 value sets appear to include an incorrect diagnosis according to the automatic mapping in our system. "Cesarean delivery indicated due to breech presentation" is mapped to both value sets and the comment in the diagnosis record from our most recent IMO load says, "Update from IMO, Concepts Added: SNOMED#708538000,SNOMED#6096002". It additionally specifies the the diagnosis is mapped to Term:Code 652.21 (ICD-9), 669.71 (ICD-9), O32.1XX0 (ICD-10), and Z38.01 (ICD-10).

Can you please confirm that this is actually a correct diagnosis for a Live Birth Newborn Born in Hospital, or validate with IMO that this is being resolved?
