When I look at the ICD-10 codes supplied by CMS for the Bipolar Diagnosis component of CMS2, they only list seven F31- codes. (F31.11, F31.12, F31.13, F31.2, F31.73, F31.74, F31.9)

When I cross-reference the numerous SNOMED codes supplied in the regulation, it appears that we should really be capturing all the F31- codes available from CMS.

My question: Should all 28 F31- codes be included as countable for "Diagnosis Active: Bipolar" or just the 7 ICD-10 codes specified for the measure?
