Artificial Rupture of Membranes can be documented up to a minute before Labor, but not concurrently. Also, if a patient presents in spontaneous labor and receives oxytoxin for augmentation of labor, would this count as a failure as well? •If the patient presents in labor and labor is documented prior to documentation of oxytocin administration the patient should be included in the numerator.
