      If data/information is captured during the patients stay and is later entered into the CEHRT in the structured format required for capturing the eCQM after the patient discharge, is this acceptable? If yes, what is the timeframe for eCQM data entry into the CEHRT? Can you provide us with the written guidance that supports your answer?
