The bipolar diagnosis value set only includes ICD-9 296.40-46, 296.52 and 296.80. There are many other bipolar ICD-9 codes such as 296.0*, 296.6*, 296.7. Should these (and their associated ICD-10 / SNOMED-CT codes) be included in the value set?
