ONC does not place requirements as to what eCQMs must be certified for specific program needs; ONC simply facilitates certification testing for measures in accordance with what tests are requested by the vendor. As part of 2014 CHERT, we had built 16 out of 28 eCQMs. IPPS proposed rule is retiring some of those eCQMS that were included in part of CHERT. It appears we will have to build out additional eCQMs that we originally did not include in 2014 CHERT. Will those eCQMs need to be certified for Meaningful Use Clinical Quality Measure certification
