In the 2015 update a change was made to ED-1 and ED-2 to use admission date/time, however, the after further research and clarification of the QDM attributes, we have determined that facility location arrival date/time should be used. This will keep all three ED measures (ED-1, ED-2, and ED-3) aligned. The fix is being implemented in the 2016 update. Thank you for reporting this issue.

      In the June 2015 e-spec for EH, there are changes in the logic and data required to report ED-1 and ED-2. Specifically, the ED arrival time is replaced with the ED admit time.

      What is the rationale behind the change from arrival time to admission time as there is often a significant wait between arrival and registration? Also, why does it not apply to ED-3?
