CMS147/0041 is the PCPI stewarded ‘Preventive Care and Screening: Influenza Immunization’ measure.

Your finding that the ‘Hemodialysis’ and ‘Peritoneal Dialysis’ value sets contain pediatric codes is correct and aligns with the intent of the value set.

In CMS147, the measure population is intended to include the pediatric population and the measure includes patients that are >= 6 months of age.
As such, the age requirement of the measure will remove any patients under 6 months of age from the measure, regardless of dialysis billing code assignment. These broad value sets, which are not limited on age, allow for reuse across measures; any measure specific age constraints will be captured in the population requirements.
