I am having an issue determining the stratafication results for a patient that only passes the IPP clause. This patient basically only has an Inpatient Encounter < 120 during the measurement period. When I create this case in Bonnie (screenshots attached for strata A and B), I get the result of not in IPP for strata A and in IPP for strata B, and not in IPP for Strata C

When I submit this file to Joint Commission and CMS however, For strata A and C I get the result of in IPP from Joint Commission and the result "NOT IN MEASURE POPULATION: Patient does not meet criteria for inclusion in measure population." from CMS.

Can you give us advice on which result it should be? Should we follow the results from Bonnie or the results from the submission sites, as they do not aggree
