CMS-002 validation error related to PQ datatype

      Validator appears to be raising an incorrect error saying:
      SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] value with xsi:type="PQ" (CONF:14450_P01).

      For CMS-002 saying the value should be of type PQ for the SNOMED Depression Screening Status.

      Trying to run the validation utility for QRDA-I for measure CMS-002 and I believe its throwing an incorrect conformance error: SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] value with xsi:type="PQ" (CONF:14450_P01). as the datatype is CD with SNOMED codes and not a PQ value. I generated QRDA-I files from the demo project cypress tool and those fail validation with the same errors too.
