      For CMS53v4 Primary PCI Within 90 Minutes of Hospital Arrival, an ordinality attribute of 'primary' was added to the Procedure, Performed PCI element. We understand that 'primary' in this context is clinical in intent and does not have the same meaning as 'principal' which has a billing context.
      However, the desgination of a PCI as primary is not typically found in the EHR in the codified manner that the measure expects.
      What is the expectation on how 'primary' would be collected in the EHR for the PCI procedure? thanks.
