We are not sure exactly which codes you are looking for, but we will be adding a value set with the obstructive chronic bronchitis codes (491.20 – 491.22) to the list of exclusions for this measure during the 2016 annual update. The Value Set Authority Center does not allow the ICD-9 category codes to be used in value sets for CMS’ eCQMs. If you are looking for higher level codes (for example, 491.2), we are not able to add those to the value sets.
