      In the Denominator Exceptions, it currently reads INR < 1.7. This is an error, and it should read INR > 1.7. This error only exists in the Denominator Exceptions description, and the logic is correct. The description will be corrected in the 2016 Annual Updates

      In the definitions section, one of the criteria for Denominator Exception states that “Patients with any of the following results within 180 minutes of the 1) time they were known to be at their baseline state of health; or 2) time of symptom onset, where in the Result for INR<1.7, whereas, the same condition in Population Criteria section states that Laboratory Test, Performed: INR (result > 1.7 ).
      Please confirm which of the two are correct, i.e. if the INR result should be >1.7 or <1.7.
