If you feel the 3 codes listed should be included in the value sets, we would appreciate further information on how you are currently using the codes to represent rehab therapies.

The current listings in the Value Set for CQM-102 contains a list of rehab therapies that does not meet the needs of numerous facilities. While the current Value Set list is extensive, it does not contain the values frequently utilized in the inpatient setting. An attached spreadsheet has been provided with the additional rehabs requested to be included in the Value Set for this measure.
