    • Confusion with our client base related to PQRS submission

Our client base would like to use the eCQMs available in our Certified EHR to report PQRS. As per MU criteria, reporting a 0 numerator is acceptable if there are no other CQMs that meet their practice . Is it also OK to submit 0 numerator for PQRS measures using the same eCQMs?
