The delta BP should be calculated using the most recent BP that also has a systolic value greater than 140 from the Occurrence A visit and the most recent BP from the first visit that is at least 6 months after the Occurrence A visit.

QUESTION: This is an URGENT request for clarification regarding CMS65v3 and CMS65v4 numerator requirements for Delta BP Result.
Can we please try to have an answer no later than COB tomorrow?
CMS 65 Delta BP Requirement:
1. Should the patients’ Delta BP be calculated based off of each qualifying Occurrence A Systolic BP and Occurrence B Systolic BP to determine the delta result?
OR
2. Should the Delta BP result be determined by referencing ONLY the very 'FIRST' Occurrence A Systolic BP compared to the most recent Occurrence Systolic B BP?
3. Additionally, attached is the ticket we submitted previously as JIRA indicated that the Occurrence A and B BP during the qualifying BP visits must be for the same provider. As result, the delta BP should be calculated for each provider based on the results indicated on their qualifying encounters for Occurrence A and B BP visit, correct?
Please clarify how the delta BP should be calculated as this is important to ensure the calculations are accurate.
Always thank you in advance for both your support and assistance.
