This value set should include only codes that indicate the presence of Chlamydia trachomatis in a genitourinary source. We removed codes that did not meet these requirements. In particular the codes you mention indicate the patient as antibodies for Chlamydia trachomatis in their blood.

There were a list of LOINC codes in CMS153v2 value set 'Chlamyida Screening' (OID: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.110.12.1052) that were removed from CMS153v3 (July 2014). Some LOINC codes, especially Chlamyida trachomatis Ab, Chlamyida trachomatis IgG and IgM, are commonly used in our existing systems.
The change of this value set will make some patients, who had only the antibody Lab test recorded, not qualify the numerator. In the previous year, they would be in numerator. Please provide guidance.
